Return and Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. There is a no Refund policy if a customer  received their online order, and does not like it (without any fault/defect in the product). Moreover, if you are not satisfied with the product in terms of a defect ,mistake or quality issue customer he/she shall only be eligible for exchange if they have notified the online store within maximum 24 hours of receiving the product (the customer would be liable to pay for shipping in this case).The product should fall in the following criteria before making an exchange:

1-The Item should not be used.

2- All tags must be kept intact.

3- The item is either faulty or is incorrect in size or colour.
